Can I send my friend the online class I purchased?
We love that you want to share our awesome business secrets with your bestie. But if you purchased the class in your own account it can only be accessed by you. However, nobody’s ever said no to an early birthday present...

When does Rochelle Graham Business University charge me for an order?
Once you've placed an order, Rochelle Graham Business University will charge you within 24 hours.

If you choose to store your payment information at checkout, Stripe will send a request to the bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorization to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorized. Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, Stripe will reverse the authorization request immediately. However, even if the bank declined the authorization, you may still see an authorization for $1 on your credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from their statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from your statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.

Stripe will first attempt a $0 authorization in all cases except AMEX (which doesn’t support $0 authorizations - we try a $1 auth right away with AMEX.) If the $0 authorization fails, a $1 authorization will be attempted.

If you checkout with Amazon or PayPal you will see a charge on your account linked to Rochelle Graham Business University within 24 hours of your purchase.

Do I need an internet connection for the online classes?
Absolutely. Internet connection is needed to watch and access the class. It wouldn’t be an online course otherwise amirite?

How do I access my online class?
Visit your Student Login [insert link / TBA] to access all courses.

How are the courses taught?
Courses are taught via the Teachable platform.

What is included in each course?
Each course is different. Check the course page for more details such as the course description, deliverables, or extra goodies.

How can I get feedback or help as I implement what's taught in the course?
There are a ton of ways to get help, ask questions, and get answers. You can drop a question or comment right on the Teachable platform. You can pose a question in our Private Student Facebook group, and an instructor or moderator will respond promptly. You can also present questions during live Q&A webinars. All students will be automatically added to the courses’ private student Facebook group.

What is the refund policy?
You will get money back ONLY if you do all the work, show time/date stamped proof that you did the work, ask for help on the Q&As and or help on the FB questions thread so we can guide you and troubleshoot your concerns. If you meet these guidelines and we have not been able to troubleshoot your concerns, your refund request will be honored if requested within 14 days.

SHIPPING
We use USPS and FedEx and ship Priority. We also use USPS to ship First Class. Our normal time to process and ship your order is 2-3 business days.

We view orders placed Friday on the next business day. We are unable to ship on weekends and holidays which will extend order processing. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.

We provide an email shipment notification for every order. In most cases, tracking information can be used to monitor your shipment.
 We urge you to add optional services to help protect against lost orders, theft and damages during transit. At check-out, you have options to select signature confirmation (someone over 18 must be home to sign) and/or insurance (best way to recover damages). We are not responsible for delivery issues that may occur once the carrier accepts the package.

We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. Please see shipping information listed under each item. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping. We work diligently to get orders out quickly to help improve your delivery time.

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes/VAT, or other related costs.

Please note that using USPS First Class International shipping method is not trackable on-line once it leaves the United States. This is a function of USPS software and outside our control. If you wish to track your order, please choose USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.

PRODUCT POLICY

ORDER REFUNDS

Any refund granted will be processed based on the original form of payment. Once a refund has been processed by our RGBU headquarters, please allow 2-3 business days to view this transaction in your account. This processing time is outside of our control. Please note: All sales are final on books and digital courses.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
 
If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, SHIPPING

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order – less the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.

RETURN, REPLACEMENTS

We are unable to process new orders via the return process. If you wish to replace the item, please place another order online. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS with delivery confirmation. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of Damaged Items, please refer to the damaged items section below.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at info@rgbusinessuniversity.com

Please include your order number.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item based on a packaging error on our part, we apologize and are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item based on the mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will provide a return label for the item that was incorrectly shipped. We will then ship you the correct product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
